Established by the founder of Wendy’s restaurants, this foundation provides extensive information about adoption and foster care in support of encouraging both activities among the U.S. (in particular) population.

ACF is a licensed, private adoption agency that provides professional adoption services to birth mothers, adoptive parents and children since 1992.
