About this module 

This learning module is to educate you on the databases and tools available for you to use while in your program.

You will learn:

  1. Overview of library resources.
  2. What the discovery tool OneSearch searches.
  3. InterLibrary Loan is available to access journal articles.
  4. What is peer-review and importance in academics.
  5. PubMed is a medical database used to locate research articles.
  6. Google Scholar is a compliment tool to use in addition to library journal databases.

Module Content: 

  • Watch 12 videos (0:38:12)
  • Take the quiz. A certificate is provided at the end. A minimum score is not required. The number of questions correct will be indicated.
