AHU is a Seventh-day Adventist institution. A knowledge of the history and mission of the SDA Church will give a clearer and better understanding of our mission and purpose as a university.

What SDAs believe

Although the SDA Church is a branch of Protestant Christianity, Adventists are sometimes called "peculiar" because of their distinguishing characteristics and differences in doctrine and practice.
