There are many resources available to locate systematic reviews and meta analyses. One key source the medical researchers are familiar with is one called the Cochrane Collection. AHU subscribes to Cochrane resources via EBSCO. However, please note, many different databases do include systematic reviews.
Other search engines that might be of use in locating scholarly journal articles on a topic. REMEMBER not everything located will be full-text.
ILL is the fancy term for borrowing material from other libraries that R.A. Williams Library does not own.
